Dan Biles is a facilitator.  It’s no coincidence that Pasco County has been undergoing a transformation under his watch.  Since arriving nearly four years ago, the county has, in tandem with a pre-Covid extended growth economy, shed its old bedroom community label and is notching big economic development wins.
